A trip down memory lane
Many of you saw Kari locally a few months ago on KSTP TV Channel 5 Eyewitness News (September 2007). Posting that video on this website reminded us of her “big-screen premier ” in this 1984 United Way Campaign fundraising video where the theme for the campaign was “Love Makes A Difference.” This campaign was chaired by Marilyn Carlson Nelson of Carlson Companies:
Her video co-star is her life-long friend Marnee!

Kari I just spoke with your mom and learned about your website. Your paintings are absolutly beautiful! You are a very talented young woman. I wish you all the success and happiness you deserve.
Dear Kari,
My daughter, Diane, purchased your “Girl In The Field” for me for Christmas. We just had it framed with a medium blue mat and a small 8th of an inch red mat and in an oak frame and place it above an oak cabinet…..it is truly lovely. I thank you so very much for painting it. Your pictures are gorgeous. I know your Dad from Fraser as I was a former employee. he has shared some of your work with me. You must know how beautiful your painting are. Thank You for doing this one especially.
